- **Thoughts:** your thoughts are grouped into **Chats** (thoughts you sent to an agent, with its answers), the **Streak** (your pending bugs, features and ideas) and **Others**; cards get a checkbox, and you can **Send** a thought to an agent or **Send streak** to your designer.
