Open Support from the user menu (at the bottom, above Log out). It has two parts; use whichever fits.

Ask for help¶

Pick what it's about (one of your projects, or your account), write what's wrong, and Send.

• About a project you own, or your account, it goes to the d2 team.
• About a project someone else owns, it goes to that project's owner and admins.

Let a support AI in¶

For a project you own or are an admin of: pick how long (1 to 8 hours) and whether you want a notice for each change, then Open access. You get one line to paste, once:

Paste that line into a chat with your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT…). It opens the link once, gets its own key, and can then help you fix your project's content, pages, data and settings. The key ends on its own when the time is up, and you can suspend or revoke it any time on the Support page. It can't change members, roles or delete anything.

Then tell it what's wrong, for example:

In my bookstore, the dates in the data are written like 10/04/26. They should be 2026-10-04, in the data itself, not just how they're shown.

The two parts are separate: your AI doesn't see messages you sent for help, so tell it the problem in your chat.
