Help: the item page

One item of the pipeline: a ticket, a task, a question, a handover or a review. The page shows what it asks (its doc, which opens with an Overview anyone can read), who it is for, where it stands, and everything that happened to it.

The top line

  • P-n and the title, with ★ when it is important and ⚡ when it is rushed.
  • Who it's for (a role, or a person) and its kind and size, then the status chip on the right: new, in progress, waiting on someone, review, done…

Moving it on

  • Take it: you (or your agent) start working it; it's locked to whoever took it.
  • ✓ Done: finished. Its role's rules decide whether it goes to review first.
  • ∎ Pause, ⚡ Rush, ☆ Important, Park, 🗑 Drop…: hold it, hurry it, put it ahead, set it aside, or drop it with a reason. These are the person's calls; an agent only does them on your word.
  • Reassign sends it to another role or person.

Review

  • 🔍 Review by…: when it's finished, it goes to an agent of that role who didn't write it, for a second look, before it closes.
  • ai:Review (with the Meld icon): asks a designer to review the item now, in a chat with you. It opens your live chat with the designer, or starts one, and asks for a fresh look at the Overview, the design and its holes, tests, security and journeys. The designer answers in the chat and fixes what's its own on the item. It needs Mind Meld on Active: otherwise the button is grey, and pressing it says so.

Notes and history

  • Notes are short running comments under the doc: who, when, what.
  • History lists every change: who took it, status moves, edits, redirects, releases.
