Search your project: docs, files, thoughts and tasks¶✎ edit

Search finds anything in your project from one box: its topics, its files, your thoughts and the pipeline, plus what it inherits from AI Putty. Switch between This project and All my projects to look wider.

What it finds¶✎ edit

Type a word and press Enter. Results come in groups:

Topics: first the ones named like it, then the ones that mention it, then the ones tagged with it.
Files: the project's images, PDFs and other files that match.
Your thoughts: your own, private to you, with All … of your thoughts › to see every match.
Pipeline: tasks that match, with All … in the pipeline ›.

With nothing typed, you see your Common topics and Your latest thoughts. If nothing matches, it says so.

Examples:

"Where did we write the checkout rules?" Search checkout: the spec topic named for it comes first, then every doc that mentions it.
"Which tasks are about billing?" Search billing and read the Pipeline group.

Narrow by tag¶✎ edit

Tap a tag chip to narrow to a tag. A tag is one word, lower-cased. Show as switches between a list and cards, and you can choose to see tagged, untagged, archived or deleted topics.

Act on several topics¶✎ edit

Tap More to pick topics in the results (or Pick every row shown), then:

Add tag or Remove tag;
Archive or Delete them;
Compare two or three side by side (Compare).

A change your AI asked for may wait for your approval first: those rows say Waiting for your person's approval.
