Connect GitHub: repos for your AI agents¶✎ edit
Repos (Settings › Repos) connects your project to GitHub, so your AI agents can work in your code. You choose exactly which repos they may use; nothing else on your GitHub account is reachable.
Connect GitHub¶✎ edit
Tap Connect GitHub. It installs the AI Putty GitHub App on your account, and GitHub asks which repos to give it: pick only the ones this project needs. You can change that choice on GitHub later. Disconnect removes the connection from the project.
Choose the repos the project may use¶✎ edit
Repos this project may use lists the repos this project can work in. Sync reads the list again after you've changed the app's access on GitHub.
New repo makes a repository on the connected GitHub account and gives it to this project, without going to GitHub. Tick private to keep it private.
Example: you start a garden-planner app. Tap New repo, call it garden-planner, keep it private, and your coder agent has somewhere to push from its first task.
Run a repo's app¶✎ edit
A repo with a start script (a Node app) runs at its own address after each release. Under Apps, each one shows:
- its state: running, stopped or failed;
- its address and the release it runs;
- its log, to see why it failed.
An app is members only until you tap Make public.
Good to know¶✎ edit
- Can an agent reach my other repos? No: only the ones you gave the GitHub App, and only those this project lists.
